Ignite Project Services was first established in 2016 by Mel Lukianenko and Pam Hardy.
Over the years, we have continued to grow our service by developing a close-knit team of highly experienced experts and specialists, many of whom we have partnered with or recruited in previous career roles.

Pam is a dedicated Project Management professional, who thrives on delivering tangible business outcomes with her business analytics and project management expertise.
Pam’s skills extend across application development and implementations, data and integration issues along with extensive operational business management.
Pam has worked in a range of industries, including banking and finance, energy and utilities delivering large complex projects. Leading and delivering business transformation initiatives with pragmatic problem-solving skills are her core strengths.
